Returns & Refunds

At Hawico, our commitment to craftsmanship is matched only by our dedication to your satisfaction. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a flexible and respectful returns policy to ensure peace of mind with every purchase.


🗓️ Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • With all original Hawico tags and swing tickets attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Please note: Items returned with missing or damaged tags may not be accepted. Returns showing signs of wear or improper care may be refused.


📨 How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact our team at digital@hawico.com with the following:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • If requesting an exchange: desired size or colour

(You will receive full return instructions upon approval.)

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.


♻️ Return Shipping & Responsibility

  • In some cases, return shipping costs may be at your own expense

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service

  • Hawico is not liable for returns lost in transit

  • Any customs duties or fees incurred when returning goods are the responsibility of the customer

  • Retain proof of postage until your refund has been processed


🧵 Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Our “Create-Your-Own” garments are made just for you. As such, returns for custom or personalised items are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have any concerns before ordering, our cashmere specialists are happy to assist to ensure every detail is as desired.


Late Returns

Items returned after the 30-day window may be eligible for a store credit only, at our discretion.


🔄 Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please specify the preferred size or colour when you contact us. Exchanges are offered only for the same product in a different size or colour and are subject to availability.

Alternatively, you may return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


🇪🇺 European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped into the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. The item must still meet the conditions outlined above: unused, with tags, and in original packaging.


🛠️ Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty, incorrect, or damaged—or if a manufacturing fault arises within 3 months of delivery—please contact our Client Services team immediately. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Damage caused by wear and tear is not covered.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If accepted, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund

If 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received funds, please contact us at info@hawico.com.
