We are pleased to offer complimentary global delivery on all orders, dispatched via DHL Express.

International Orders: Delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on customs clearance and local courier networks

A signature is required upon delivery, marking the safe transfer of your goods and the conclusion of our insurance responsibility.
Shipping & Insurance
All shipments are insured against loss or damage in transit. To maintain this coverage, please ensure that someone is available to sign for your delivery. Once signed for, responsibility for the goods passes to the recipient.

If You Refuse Delivery

International Documentation
For destinations requiring Proforma invoices (including Switzerland, Norway, Hong Kong, and South Korea), multiple signed copies will be provided with your shipment. If returning your order, please include these with your parcel.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope your purchase exceeds every expectation. However, should you wish to make a return or exchange, we offer a seamless process:

Please note: return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked, insured service for peace of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 3 months of purchase. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your preference and our quality assurance commitment. Please note that damage due to wear and tear is not covered.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
